Design and Build

Sauna Room
A sauna is a specially designed wooden room where users can enjoy heat therapy, either through dry heat or steam, with the purpose of promoting healthy sweating and relaxation.
In general, saunas are divided into two main types:
Traditional Sauna – heats the air within the room to create a high-temperature environment.
Infrared Sauna – uses infrared technology to directly heat the body and surrounding objects rather than the air itself.
Infrared systems may utilize various heating materials such as carbon fiber, ceramic, or other advanced heating elements to ensure efficient and consistent performance.
We offer fully customized sauna designs tailored to each client’s specific needs. Every project is carefully planned in consultation with our Spa Architecture Team to ensure optimal layout, safety, and aesthetic harmony.
Sauna Traditional
A Traditional Sauna is a specially designed room for heat therapy, allowing users to enjoy dry or steam-enhanced sessions that promote relaxation and healthy sweating.
Sauna therapy helps reduce stress, improve circulation, and support muscle recovery after exercise by easing tension and soreness.
Traditional saunas use a specially designed heater that warms volcanic stones to distribute heat evenly throughout the room. Water can be poured over the stones to create steam and adjust humidity levels.
Grand Sauna offers both:
Pre-Cut Sauna – Custom-built rooms lined with premium sauna wood.
Pre-Fabricated Sauna (Pre-Fab) – Fully enclosed 100% wooden sauna cabins.
Design, size, and materials can be fully customized to meet your needs.

Sauna Glass
Glass Sauna is a modern evolution of traditional sauna design, offering a sleek, contemporary look and a refined spa-like atmosphere.
Built with over 50% specially engineered glass panels, it preserves the full functionality of a traditional sauna while enhancing openness and visual elegance. To maintain optimal health benefits, the system uses a traditional sauna heater with volcanic stones as the primary heat source.
Glass and stone surfaces may be incorporated inside the sauna, provided that all walls and ceilings are properly thermally insulated to ensure heat efficiency.
The walls are constructed with tempered safety glass, available in various options: clear glass, low-iron ultra-clear, grey, bronze, black, satin, and low-iron satin finishes.
For hinged doors, we use high-quality adjustable stainless steel hinges suitable for glass-to-wall or glass-to-glass installation, ensuring durability and precision.
Sauna Indoor & Outdoor
When planning to build a sauna, you generally have two main options: indoor sauna or outdoor sauna.
In terms of function and construction, both systems are essentially the same — the main difference lies in their placement.
Each option has its advantages. However, an outdoor sauna often provides greater flexibility. It allows for a separate changing area away from the main house, offering more privacy — especially when located near a swimming pool or backyard area.
Outdoor sauna construction can also be more cost-efficient, as it may not require major modifications to the existing building structure. It is ideal when positioned close to a pool, allowing users to enjoy a refreshing swim or cold plunge session after their sauna experience.
